It's not just a dress.

My 21st is coming up, (July 21st) and I am looking for a dress I know what I want i can see it in my head but I can't find it on any rack!! So I am on a hunt from now until then to look for the best dress and what I have in my head is somewhat similar to this. But like everyone else I am on a budget, so i need to find deals and fast!
